A sensible starting point is one enquiry type, up to six agreed fields and one email destination. I can build a small form or improve an existing flow after reviewing your website and tools.
For agencies, this can be a defined frontend task within your existing project. We agree who reviews the work, communicates with your client and operates the result.

The workshop demo is my own work sample. It captures an enquiry, keeps the details editable and requires a deliberate confirmation before a test email goes to CYVARIX. It does not book a workshop appointment.
The demo interface and video labels are in German. The English work-sample page explains all three screenshots. Use invented data only: demo messages are processed by an AI provider. An AI conversation is not included by default in the small form project.
From your brief to a checked handover.
- Describe the outcome. Send the website or tools you use and the single task that needs improvement.
- Check the existing system. I review the relevant form, code or integration before promising a solution.
- Agree the work. Scope, acceptance criteria, price, responsibilities and timing are confirmed in writing.
- Build and review. We check the agreed success and error cases and hand over the result.

Is this a subscription?
This is a one-off, paid project. Ongoing support is included only when separately agreed. The workshop frontdesk with ongoing support on the German homepage is a separate offer.
What will it cost?
A written quote follows a short technical brief and review. If an hourly arrangement is appropriate, the current discussion basis is EUR 55 per hour. The final price, applicable tax treatment and any third-party costs are set out before work starts. No price or delivery date is confirmed by this page.
Can we keep our existing website and tools?
That is the first thing to check. An existing form may need only a small correction. Integrations are confirmed only after reviewing the available interface and access.
What is outside the starting scope?
AI chat, CRM integration, WhatsApp, telephone services, multiple languages and ongoing operation require separate scoping. A real customer deployment also needs agreed data fields, recipients, storage periods and operating responsibilities.
When can you start?
Capacity and start date are agreed after reviewing the task. A suggested small initial allocation is around ten hours per week; this is not a guaranteed reservation.
