If entries disappear, error messages are confusing or enquiries are hard to process, start by reviewing one agreed flow and documenting what actually happens.
A bounded review of the existing form.
- One form with up to six agreed fields.
- Required inputs, formats and understandable feedback.
- Correction while preserving other entered details.
- One desktop and one narrow mobile browser layout.
- Success and error states in the agreed flow.
- One email handover, where access and an agreed test recipient are available.
Tests use fictional data and an agreed test path. The recipient is confirmed before sending a test enquiry. A narrow browser layout does not establish compatibility with every physical phone.
What you receive.
- A short test record: what was checked and the limits of the review.
- Reproducible findings: observed and expected behaviour, reproduction steps, priority and relevant screenshots.
- A defined next fix: one technically reviewed correction and retest, if included in the written scope.
A review-only engagement is also possible. Code and delivery settings change only after the agreed approval. The review does not promise that a fault will be found or that revenue will increase.

Price, any included correction, timing and third-party costs are agreed before work starts. A full rebuild, CRM migration, legal assessment and ongoing support are outside this starting scope unless separately agreed.
